Job Description:
As a Customer Service Employee, you will be the first point of contact for clients! Your job consists of:
- following up on client orders: you will check order status, follow up on orders and keep the client updated throughout the process
- you are in touch with suppliers and transporters to assure a smooth delivery process
- you follow up on new orders, that come in from the sales department and guarantee an accurate order entry
- you will keep in touch with clients through phone, mail, message system etc
Candidate Profile:
Who are you?
- Are you fluent in English? Every additional language is a strong asset!
- Do you have experience in after-sales or customer sales roles?
- Do you demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of tasks?
- Do have strong working skills with SAP? This is an absolute must-have!
- Are you communicative and customer friendly?
- Do you work accurately and are you resilient to stress?
- Are you motivated and looking for a long-term engagement with your new employer?
What Client Offers:
Our client offers an interesting opportunity in a leading company! You will start working with a temp contract, to eventually receive your permanent contract. Your salary will vary according to your experience (levels between €2600 - 3000 gross/month). You will have the opportunity to work remotely during 2days/week.
