We are looking for a temporary Customer Service representative until the end of December!
As a Customer Service Agent, you will support the Commercial & Marketing organization in a range of operational, logistical, and commercial activities. This role is cross-functional, working closely with the Commercial Operations Manager and providing administrative and coordination support to department members, internal stakeholders, and external clients.
You will be specifically responsible for the following tasks and actions:
- Processing customer orders
- Managing stock files, updating pricing and contract dates
- Cleaning and maintaining SAP data, including requests for new customer and supplier accounts
- Investigating and following up on unpaid invoices
- Monitoring email inboxes and responding to inquiries regarding stock or pricing
- Handling incoming customer phone calls
- Resolving delivery-related questions
- Updating the NHS Supply Chain portal with daily sales
- Providing the business with accurate sales data
- Registering customer complaints and ensuring proper follow-up
- Organizing and managing documentation in accordance with SOPs
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalating as needed
- Preparing quotations
- Tracking sales performance
Do you possess the following qualities and skills as a Customer Service Agent? Then you might just be the person we’re looking for!

You speak and write fluent French and English

Knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage

2–5 years of experience in support roles or as a general assistant

Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting

Proficient in Microsoft PC applications

Strong interpersonal skills

Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask

High attention to detail

A true team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Our client offers the following for the Customer Service position:

A replacement contract until the end of 2025

A salary based on PC 200 and your professional experience

Additional benefits (meal vouchers, eco vouchers, and a fixed travel expense allowance)

A full-time schedule of 38 hours per week or 4/5th time over 4 days
