For our client, a German banking institution, we are looking for a secretary for the EU Representation.
Job Description:
As a secretary at the EU Representation, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Secretarial duties: typing, administrative follow-up, telephone and mailing, absence management, coordination of meetings and maintenance of electronic diaries;
- Information management: collection, transfer, etc.;
- Managing business travel (accommodation, transport, etc.), organising meetings and taking minutes;
- Organising events, discussions and workshops, as well as looking after visitors;
- Processing orders and invoices: creating and managing incoming requests, expense reports, ensuring deadlines are met.
Candidate Profile:
Do you have the following knowledge, skills and qualities? Perfect!
- You are fluent (spoken and written) in German, French and English;
- You have training as a secretary or office communications assistant;
- You are proficient in using IT tools for note-taking
- You know how to efficiently record, process and transfer information to the relevant people and departments;
- You are structured, organised and responsive;
- You anticipate potential problems and provide appropriate solutions;
- You understand and comply with the work processes in place in the workplace;
- You are a team player with a global vision and respect for your environment and colleagues.
