Job Description:
As a B2C Sales Representative, you’re responsible for developing sales with private customers. You guide clients in identifying their needs, propose tailored solutions, follow up until service activation, and contribute directly to the company’s overall growth.
You act as the ambassador of the brand and make sure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional experience.
Main Responsibilities
Business Development

Sell telecom services to new residential customers based on scheduled appointments and prospecting.

Present products/services and propose solutions adapted to each client’s needs.

Achieve both individual and team sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management

Deliver a warm, professional welcome and high?quality sales experience.

Follow the full customer journey from contract signature to service activation.
Reporting & Organization
-
Manage your planning efficiently.

Provide field insights and results to your manager.

Encode contracts on the digital platform.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in B2C sales.
- Experience in telecom is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Dynamic, persistent, and results?driven.
- Comfortable using digital tools (PC, smartphone, e?signature…).
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license (B).
