Job Description:
As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the main point of contact for French clients. Your role is key in ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient customer experience—from order to delivery, billing, and complaint resolution.
Your responsibilities include:

Responding to inquiries from French customers (via phone, email, and website)

Following up on orders, deliveries, and invoices

Handling complaints with professionalism and providing effective solutions

Collaborating with internal teams (logistics, technical, sales)

Keeping CRM systems and client databases up to date

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer service process
Candidate Profile:
You may have many years of experience in a different field, and are now looking to move into an administrative role where you can leverage your customer skills.
We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in a B2B customer service or commercial support role

Flawless command of French (spoken and written) – essential for handling French clients

Professional English proficiency – for internal communication and meetings with management

Good command of IT tools (ERP, CRM, MS Office)

A strong customer-focused mindset, rigour, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills
