Job Description:
- Develop and grow the company’s presence within the Belgian Horeca sector, with a strong focus on restaurants and high?end dining establishments.
- Build and manage a portfolio of premium Horeca clients, identifying new opportunities and nurturing long?term partnerships.
- Present and promote high?quality food & beverage products to chefs, owners, and purchasing managers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, product listings, volumes, and exclusive agreements when relevant.
- Conduct regular field visits across Belgium (mainly major cities and gastronomic hotspots).
- Analyze sales results, monitor competitor activity, and propose strategic action plans.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to ensure perfect product availability and visibility.
- Represent the brand at culinary events, tastings, and trade fairs.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in business development, Horeca sales, F&B distribution, or gastronomy?related roles.
- A strong network in Horeca is a plus—especially with Italian cuisine specialists or premium dining venues.
- Passion for food, quality products, and gastronomic culture.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Autonomous, structured, proactive, and comfortable with frequent on?site client visits.
- Ability to understand the expectations of chefs and premium restaurant owners.
- A natural ability to turn product storytelling into commercial success.
