Job Description:As a bartender, you will be responsible for the daily management of our bar in Brussels. You are the point of contact for all beverage-related information.
Your tasks include:
- Preparing, mixing, shaking, and serving all drinks.
- Mastering all necessary bar operations: cocktail preparation, mocktails, garnishes, and other beverages such as wines and teas.
- Efficiently opening and closing the bar on time.
- Collaborating with the head bartender for weekly specials and implementing new drinks according to guidelines.
- Ensuring a smooth transition between shifts, clear briefing, and follow-up upon return.
- Providing fast and efficient service, serving drinks within tight timelines.
- Maintaining bar cleanliness and adhering to industry regulations.
What does the ideal bartender look like?
- Experience as a bartender is required.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
- Passionate about the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of natural wines, craft beers, and mixology is a plus.
- Available on weekends and evenings.
