As Team Leader, you'll ensure seamless warehouse operations—from inbound to outbound—making sure everything runs like clockwork.

What will you be doing?
As a Team Leader, you’ll be the cornerstone of your team, ensuring that daily logistics operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this Team Leader role, your responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating, and coaching warehouse staff

Assigning tasks and offering hands-on feedback in real time

Upholding quality, safety, and productivity standards

Overseeing all warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping

Troubleshooting operational issues and escalating larger challenges to the Supervisor

Providing training on logistics processes, safety protocols, and equipment use
-
Pinpointing skill gaps and collaborating with the Supervisor for additional support

Monitoring performance indicators and reporting outcomes
