What will you be doing?

As a Team Leader, you’ll be the cornerstone of your team, ensuring that daily logistics operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this Team Leader role, your responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and coaching warehouse staff

• Assigning tasks and offering hands-on feedback in real time

• Upholding quality, safety, and productivity standards

• Overseeing all warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping

• Troubleshooting operational issues and escalating larger challenges to the Supervisor

• Providing training on logistics processes, safety protocols, and equipment use

• Pinpointing skill gaps and collaborating with the Supervisor for additional support

• Monitoring performance indicators and reporting outcomes
