Client Description:
For our client located in GENT we are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant.
Job Description:
- Creation and maintenance of material master data, MRP data, equipments and spare part lists,
- Analysing stocks and resupply in preparation/consolidation of an outage,
- Doc management for all spare parts related documents (drawings, reports,…),
- Creation and follow-up of purchase orders,
- Organising incoming inspections for new/repaired parts,
- Contact with different stakeholders in preparation and consolidation of projects,
- Preparation/consilidation of outages: gathering parts, quality and quantity checks,
- Organising transports,
- Set up of temporary warehouses and inventory for outages onsite,
- Follow-up of all dossiers for main processes purchasing, resupply and refurbishments,
- Responsible for all management of the capital parts (history, SAP movements, location management and identification, part flows),
- Inventory of critical parts,
- Close cooperation and synergy with the Logistics department.
Candidate Profile:
- Good knowledge Dutch of French and English
- Digital minded
- Good affinity with MS Office
- Technical background or affinity
- Analytic, Independent and accurate
- Quality and safety oriented
- Communicative
- Capable to define priorities and planning
- Ability to maintain overview at all times
