Our specially trained consultants have been trained in the logistics sector themselves. As a result they understand your needs as a client perfectly within the transport, logistics and distribution sectors. Because we noticed that this sector was struggling with a shortage of qualified personnel, we trained personnel ourselves at our Manpower Logistics Academy.
Our 3 training centres in Brussels, Tessenderlo and Ghent train approximately 1500 people each year, who can then work in logistics! We also offer tailored training courses with a focus on specialist technical theory and practice, e.g. forklifts, reach trucks, height work, etc.
Manpower also provides general training courses on safety, ARAB, VCA,… We link these courses to a career development programme: candidates with several positive evaluations will receive free training. In this way they expand their knowledge and experience in a targeted way.
