For an international production company, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (English/German)

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you play a key role in delivering outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will be responsible for clear and effective communication, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, and providing timely, accurate solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, sales managers, logistics, production planning, and supply chain teams regarding order-related matters.
  • Manage the full order process, including receiving, processing, and confirming orders.
  • Plan and coordinate customer deliveries, monitor stock levels, and proactively offer available materials.
  • Track customer sales plans, quotas, and order books, taking necessary actions when required.
  • Oversee pipeline order management.
  • Provide customer-related reports and insights upon request.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for sustainability-related topics.
  • Contribute to process improvements and projects within your area of responsibility.
  • Support knowledge sharing across customer service teams.
Candidate Profile:

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in sales and/or customer service.

  • Fluent in English and German; 

  • Proactive mindset with a commercial approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to propose alternative solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and perform under time pressure.

  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office.
