Client Description:
Our client, an international company located in Brussels, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative ??(m/f/x) for English and German B2B clients for a 12-month assignment (interim contract) with the possibility of a CDI after a positive evaluation.
Job Description:Your main responsibility is to deal with B2B customer requests such as order entry, order follow-up, invoicing, answer to customer requests, price management, provide information and follow-up on products availability and logistics matters, managing customer complaints (discounts/credit/debit notes), etc.
You will therefore respond in a timely manner to meet customer needs and expectations or resolve issues.
You are also to increase company knowledge about its customers and optimize customers' information.
In this role you are also expected to meet the business guidelines and processes to ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
Whenever necessary, you will ensure coordination between the business, customer and planning team to manage customer orders aligned with defined allocations.
One of your other goals in this role is to build strong relationships with the commercial team involved in your customer portfolio and seek support to tackle potential hurdles in a pro-active way.
Through customer integration strategy development with the sales and supply chain teams, you are expected to assist in leading integration efforts to maximize the customer’s experience.
Through communication and KPI’s, you will propose alternatives to encourage differentiated services for strategic customers and assist in the successful implementation of the strategy to ensure our client is its B2B customer’s preferred supplier.
You will also participate or support in preparing customer visits (both onsite and at customer locations) to better understand customer needs and requirements.
You are fluent in English and German - written and orally.
Additional French, Spanish or Swedish language skills are a big plus!
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a sales/business orientation or demonstrate +-10 years equivalent experience (in customer service or direct sales environment, preferably in an international & multicultural business environment).
You are a proficient user in SAP and Ms-Office.
You have analytical, planning and organizational skills.
You have great interpersonal communication skills.
You show flexibility and adaptability in your tasks.
You have a problem-solving approach.
You are an excellent team player and a detail orientated person.
You are positive and open-minded to new ideas.

We offer you a full-time interim assignment of 12 months, with possibility of a permanent contract after a positive evaluation.
