Main tasks / responsibilities
As a Business Administrator you are responsible for the administrative support in the process of managing the Contingent workforce (Freelancers, Contractors,…) at your client.
- Contract Management: The coordination and management of the contractual templates of the third party vendors that supply the client with essential Talent.
- Supporting the Onboarding process of suppliers
- Checking if all contractual documents are signed and are completed
- Coordinating communication towards HRM and or suppliers
- Timesheet and invoice management: coordinating the timesheet process and checking the invoice quality
- Coordinating the central mailbox
- Updating training material
- Data management: preparing data files for reporting.
Requirements:
- Demonstrating a client service proactive approach.
- You have experience in an admin/coordinating role.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills with different levels within an organization.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work while being flexible to changing needs
- Multiple language skills (French, Dutch, English) are required
- A Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience
