Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in charge for a variety of tasks:
- Client management: follow up on key-account clients regarding stock, deliveries, priorities, blockages...
- You will be the point of contact for your clients and will manage their contracts, as well as start-up new contracts for new clients
- You will be in charge of day-to-day processes, as well as dispatch information between clients and other departments
- Follow-up on customer reports and manage customer requests
- Support the sales team and prepare performance reviews and reports
Candidate Profile:
Who are we looking for?
- Are you fluent in ENGLISH and DUTCH OR ENGLISH and FRENCH?
- Do you have a bachelor's degree and a first working experience of 2/3 years in a similar position?
- Are you both customer oriented and result-driven?
- Are you a true teamplayer?
- Do you have strong organizational skills and do you quickly manage to set priorities?
- Are you strong in report techniques and client management?
- A knowlegde of office software applications is required!
