As a Transport Planner, you manage all road, sea, and air shipments to more than 130 countries, ensuring cost optimization and high service quality.

You actively contribute to operational objectives in terms of safety, quality, service, cost, and performance.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Daily transport planning using the TMS (linked to SAP)

• Organization, booking, and follow-up of shipments (road, sea, air)

• Verification of product availability and compliance with customer requirements

• Management and validation of transport invoices

• Preparation of shipping documents (DHL and others)

• Coordination with warehouses (5 sites in Belgium), production, and customer service

• Proactive resolution of logistical issues

• Compliance with legal regulations and international food safety standards (HACCP, BRC, FDA, etc.)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain)

• Initial experience in an international logistics environment is an asset

• Very good command of Dutch, French, and English

• Proficiency in SAP 

• Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and customer-oriented mindset
