Job Description:
As a Ticketing Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling tickets to our visitors. You will operate the box office and utilize Cirque du Soleil's ticketing system. You will assist customers, confidently and efficiently answer all their questions, and ensure smooth sales transactions.
You will help customers make purchasing decisions, handle customer conflicts under the guidance of a supervisor, and maintain knowledge of available products. You will follow cash acceptance procedures and manage daily transactions. You will also promptly, courteously, and informatively respond to customer queries, requests, and complaints.
You will contribute to creating a customer service-oriented, sales-promoting, safe, and quality work environment at the counter.
During breaks, you will also assist in the catering area by serving food and drinks. After each sales period, you will ensure a clean working environment by sweeping up.
Candidate Profile:
What does our ideal ticket sales associate look like?
- Ability to learn ticketing software and memorize complex information.
- Comfortable working in a noisy environment.
- Calm, motivated, polite, and courteous demeanor.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance with an upright posture.
- Note: Employees should wear black shirts, trousers, and shoes (no logos).
- hysically able to stand for long hours and regularly navigate stairs.
- Understanding of customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to work well with others. Attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Welcoming and friendly attitude (smiles and appropriate greetings).
What Client Offers:
You will work on interim contracts: via the MyManpower App, you will easily manage your schedule and receive weekly payments! Work according to a daily schedule from September 11 to November 2. Flexible working hours based on show times and work planning.
Salary according to PC302 salary scale - starting at €15,09 gross per hour. Additional pay on Sundays! Transport allowance.
