For our client , we are looking for a Strategy and Growth analyst in Brussels.
Job Description:
This role is part of the Strategy and Growth team in Brussels, Belgium.
Based in Brussels, responsibilities will include:
- Support, manage and coordinate the execution of an integrated strategy for Regional Growth
- Management of external stakeholder engagement and relationships to include customers, governmental officials, trade associations, political advisers, Parliamentary bodies, and internal Consultant Teams
- Engagement with representatives from the EU Commission, NATO, Ministries of Defense and Industrial Partners in the Region, hosting and coordinating meetings and workshops
- Lead the planning and coordination of regional conferences, seminars, tradeshows and sponsorships
- Provide input to and support strategy and market analysis to support the regional growth strategy
- Provide input into competitive analysis, including the facilitation of red team/black hat reviews and independent research and analysis
- Conduct Research and Analysis on National Procurement Requirements and Processes within the region and mature opportunities along the Business Acquisition Process to support Sector Growth initiatives
- Conduct Research and Analysis on NATO and EU Procurement Requirements and Processes within the region and identify opportunities for engagements to support Regional Growth initiatives
- Support the company's programs and Business Units based in the U.S., with frequent engagement with our U.S based personal and teams
- Provide oversight and engagement on European and NATO Political Affairs
- Provide business management and operational support for the office in Brussels.
- Routine interactions will be across the Strategy and Growth Team in Europe and the U.S., and with the
Corporate BD office in London, UK. - Some travel to the U.S., UK and within Europe will be required.
To succeed in this role you must have:
- 3 years of work experience required with European Defense, NATO or corporate Business Development Background.
- Bachelor’s Degree level education in International Affairs or Political Science
- Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and an eye for detail
- Previous experience with the EU, NATO or international defense and security
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrable interpersonal abilities
- Highly motivated, resilient, ambitious, capable of developing and “growing” in post
- Fluent in English and French. Another EU language would be an advantage
- Existing NATO Secret Security Clearance
- Experience in conducting market segment analysis and evaluation
