Client Description:
My client is hiring a MARKETING & SALES OFFICER (M/F/X)
Reporting directly to the management of a fast-growing and innovative SME, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing and sales initiatives. Your mission: boost brand visibility, drive lead generation, support business growth, and enhance customer engagement.
Job Description:
- Design, launch and optimize marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Create and update sales and marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.)
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence (website, social media, online platforms)
- Produce engaging content to position the company as a trusted expert in its field
- Support business development and prospecting activities
- Monitor, analyze and report on marketing performance and KPIs
- Coordinate and organize internal and external events
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels
- Provide support for commercial back-office activities
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field (minimum BAC +3)
- A first experience in marketing or sales is an asset
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and go-to-market strategies
- Strong interest in digital marketing, online channels and emerging trends
- Well-organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Autonomous, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a customer- and results-oriented mindset
- Proactive, creative and motivated to contribute to collective success
- Languages: French & English required (Dutch is a plus)
