Production worker – early hours

We're looking for an early bird to join our production team in Zele for a fast-growing family business!
Functieomschrijving:
As a production worker, you're the driving force behind the production process. You ensure the production line always runs smoothly by replenishing and trimming meat as needed. Don't worry if you don't have experience with knives – you'll learn! You'll also help load and unload trucks and work in various departments, such as production, packaging, and shipping. No two days are the same for a production worker, and that's what makes it so rewarding.
Kandidaatprofiel:
We're looking for a production worker who's a hands-on person.
You're physically fit, speak fluent Dutch or English, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team. As a production worker, you take responsibility, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility is key: you'll start between 3:30 and 6:30 a.m. and work until everything is finished, OR you'll work in two shifts: from 3:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and the other week from 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Working in a refrigerated environment? No problem for you!
