Through our recruitment and selection division, you will start immediately with a permanent contract at one of our clients.


Our client in Leuven, is currently looking for a Process Operator to join their technical department, supporting process development and R&D activities within advanced 300mm cleanroom facilities.
This is a temporary assignment of at least 6 months, covering for an employee on extended sick leave, with a possibility for extension up to 12 months.

 
Job Description:

  • Support Process Engineers with daily activities, including preparation for wafer testing and data collection.

  • Operate high-tech processing equipment using recipes defined by the engineering team.

  • Provide technical assistance for process development carried out by the R&D team.

  • (Optional) Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering.

     


Candidate Profile:
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Electromechanics, or a related technical field.

  • Junior candidates are welcome; full training will be provided due to the specific nature of the work.

  • Previous experience in a cleanroom or semiconductor environment is a strong plus.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage but not required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a real team player.

  • Willing to work daytime hours.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
