Pricing commercial Assistant
Our client in the field of electricity is currently looking for a temporary commercial assistant for a minimum assignment of 5 months.
Role
As a pricing commercial assistant, you are to support the organization on pricing related topics. This implies daily interactions with the pricing manager, sales teams as well as customers to ensure agreements are correctly approved, managed, updated in our ERP systems and communicated towards our customers.

As a pricing commercial assistant, you are to support the organization on pricing related topics. This implies daily interactions with the pricing manager, sales teams as well as customers to ensure agreements are correctly approved, managed, updated in our ERP systems and communicated towards our customers.
Responsibilities
In this role your responsibilities will be as follows
- Responsible for the administration of pricing contracts
- Handle administrative side of the pricing contracts requests within our ERP and CRM system
- Ensure internal alignment by following our internal approval matrix
- Confirm contracts to our customers
- Handle claim requests from in a timely and accurate manner
- 2. Be the point of contact for our customers on pricing issues and provide necessary support to solve issue in a timely and constructive way.
Skills/Knowledge required
- Motivated, detail oriented and structured
- Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and orally with all levels within and outside the organization in both French and Dutch
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
- Knowledge of an ERP and/or CRM management tool is a plus, but not mandatory
