Client Description:
We are looking for new people to work as crew members for a prestigious museum.
This permanent exhibition is located in Etterbeek (Brussels) and guides visitors through an overview of European history - Available in all 24 official languages of the European Union, free admission and customized resources will be available for schools, families and groups.
Our partner is open to starters, juniors, seniors as well as working students.Job Description:

• Information desk: contact with visitors, providing information, feedback forms, found objects.
• Locker and hangers: management of public lockers and hangers, escorting visitors, collecting items left behind at the end of the day
• Tablets: prepare and distribute tablets to visitors, give full explanations, update devices, recover tablets, clean and charge them
• Floor positions: making rounds around the fair to keep an ?eye on the fair and guide visitors, provide information and ensure good daily flow.

• Fluent in English and a good command of a national language
• Our partner is open to starters, juniors, seniors as well as  students
• Flexible: weekdays, weekends, holidays
• You can work at least 3 days a week + during weekends so you can take one of the shifts
• Punctual
• Polite, helpful, accurate, dynamic, polyvalent
• Stress resistant and able to deal with conflict situations
• Customer oriented - Visitor comes first.
• Must love interacting with diverse visitors: various nationalities, age groups, backgrounds, visitors with disabilities,...
