As Concierge Sales Associate, you will play an essential role in customer satisfaction. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

• Sell seat upgrades and Lounge/VIP packages.
• Sell tickets using the Cirque du Soleil ticketing system.
• Assist customers and confidently and efficiently answer any questions.
• Manage ticket retrieval and reprints.
• Assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer conflicts following supervisor's guidelines.
• Be knowledgeable about the currently available products for customers.
• Understand and explain purchasing policies to customers.
• Collect comprehensive and accurate data from customers.
• Follow appropriate procedures for handling money and reconcile daily transactions.
• Identify and address customer concerns, requests, and/or complaints promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably.
• Contribute to the ticket sales counter atmosphere in a manner conducive to customer service, sales promotion, safety, and quality of work-life.
• Assist with food and beverage service during intermissions.
• Maintain a clean work environment and sweep after each sales period.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria for the Concierge Sales Associate position:

• Experience in upselling and advanced sales.
• Ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information.
• Comfortable working in a noisy environment.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance with good posture. Attire: black shirt, pants, and shoes (without logos).
• Physical ability to stand for long hours.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Calm, motivated, polite, and courteous.
• Strong team spirit.
• Attentive to details.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Welcoming and friendly attitude.
• Knowing when to seek the help of a supervisor when necessary.
• Availability throughout the duration of the event (September/November).
• Proficiency in English - Knowledge of any other languages is an additional asset.
