Job Description:
Tasks and Key Responsibilities:
- You handle daily accounting: recording purchases, sales, financial entries, and preparation of payments, recording various operational matters...
- You monitor customer balances through analyses of credit insurance and requesting reports.
- You perform periodic closures: VAT declarations, customer lists, intra-/extra-community transactions.
- You book performances: preparing payroll slips, calculating social security contributions, withholding tax.
- You keep various dashboards of the company up-to-date and verify them.
- Under your supervision is an assistant accountant.
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- You are organized, meticulous, precise, and can meet deadlines.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented.
- You stay regularly informed about developments in accounting and taxes.
- You master the Office suite perfectly (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- You are open to learning new software tools.
