For our client, a medical company located in Diegem, we are currently looking for a customer-friendly Customer Service Employee, fluent in Polish, English and at least one other European language!Job Description:
As a Customer Service Employee you will be working for the team responsible for Orthodontists-clients. You will be in charge for a variety of tasks, to guarantee an excellent client service:
- account management: manage customer relations by being the single point of contact for enquiries, orders & other correspondance
- order entry & follow up: you will be in charge for order entry, manage the end-to-end orderflow and follow up & keeping your clients updated on order status. Your proactive attitude towards any kind of order information guarantees a successful management of your clients.
- client contact: you are the first point of contact for customer calls and incoming mails
- collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure a quick follow-up on complaints & queries
- meet the customer service KPI's and provide reports when necessary
- participate in company reviews, team meetings, trainings...
Who are you?
- Are you fluent in Polish, English & at least one other European language? Every extra language is an asset, as you will be part of the EMEA-team!
- Do you look back on a first experience in customer service? This is an absolute must! Any experience in a medical environment is an asset, but no necessity, as you will be trained on the job!
- Do you have strong organisational skills and are you customer friendly in any situation?
- Are you strong collaborating with different departments and building relationships with clients?
- Do you have any experience in any kind of CRM-application? You will be working with APlus and later on with SAP.
Our client offers you a challenging position in an interesting business! You will be trained on the job for the customer specific products and will be part of a team of 11 colleagues. You will start working on a temp contract, with possibility for a fixed contract, but no confirmed date yet! You are able to work from home for most of the time, for 1-2 days a week, you work from the Diegem office, with your team. The salary range for this job is €2900 - 3900 gross/month - according to your experience. Your work hours are flexible between 8h30 - 18hs.
