Due to the further growth of our services, we are looking for 2 new recruitment consultants to join our team, both for our Life Science as well as our Engineering department.
Job Description:
What will be your main responsibilities?
As a recruitment consultant you will make the difference in people lives every single day. By truly understanding both your candidates and customer’s needs and by matching the right talent to the right job. You will become a trusted advisor and expert in your field, offering valuable insights and creating new opportunities.
- You will build a network of potential candidates, Scientist and Engineer working in Life Sciences or Engineering industry.
- When we got a new job, you will discuss this position with our Business Consultant to get a thorough understanding of the role.
- You will develop a strategy to find the right person for the job: by actively contacting your network, creating job ads and social media post to make opportunities visible, and finding new creative ways to get in touch with the right talent.
- You will screen by phone and interview candidates. In an open conversation, you will clarify their competences, experience, and expectations for the future in order to match them to the right opportunities.
- In close collaboration with our Business Consultants, you will help with the presentation of the candidates to our client and do a close follow up to inform candidates about ongoing procedures.
Candidate Profile:
This role could be for you if:
- You are a great listener who can also get to the point.
- You have strong personal organization skills, love autonomy, but also know how to collaborate and ask for help.
- You love looking for opportunities.
- You are a great communicator, in Dutch/English or French/English, both oral and written. Knowledge in the third language is highly valued in our multilingual work environment
