As a shift leader, you will:

Coordinate the lunch shift and support colleagues throughout the day.

Actively participate in the kitchen by preparing, cooking, plating, and serving dishes.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following hygiene and safety regulations.

Be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Guide and support the team, solving operational challenges together.

Start and close the shift while keeping an overview without stress.

Encourage collaboration and team development by leading through example.
Kandidaatprofiel:
You enjoy working in a team and take initiative when needed. Experience in a kitchen or supervising a team is a plus, but it is not required; motivation and a willingness to learn are equally important. You communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing situations. You actively support your colleagues and help the team move forward while keeping a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. You adapt to new challenges and maintain a calm, positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
