Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to play an essential role in a new warehouse team?

For a new logistics site of a Scandinavian company specializing in the distribution of automotive parts, we are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the team in Evergem.

You’ll work in two shifts or a fixed night shift, ensuring seamless coordination of shipments.

You will play a key role in ensuring that orders are dispatched accurately, on time, and according to customer requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Order Coordination: Ensure orders are accurately collected and prepared for dispatch within agreed timelines.
• Loading and Shipping: Verify that the correct orders are loaded onto the right trucks for delivery.
• Schedule Management: Collaborate closely with the logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and prevent delays.
• Quality Control: Check shipments for accuracy and compliance with delivery agreements.
• Administration: Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, truck details, and shipping times.

What profile are we looking for :

• Basic computer skills to manage shipping data and schedules (training will be provided).
• Good knowlegde of English and basic Dutch comprehension
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or dispatch is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work in two shifts or fixed night shift, from Monday till Friday.
