Job Description:

What Will You Do?

As a Team Leader, you’ll take on a variety of tasks, acting as the go-to person for your team.

Your mission? Achieve operational goals without compromising on quality or safety.

Lead and Motivate Your Team:

Coach, inspire, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
Assign tasks, keep the team motivated, and provide real-time feedback.
Work closely with the Supervisor to align team activities with company goals.

Streamline Daily Operations:

Oversee all warehouse activities, from receiving and storing to picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain high-quality standards.
Address operational challenges, escalating larger issues to the Supervisor when needed.

Training and Development:

Train your team on processes, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
Identify skill gaps and collaborate with the Supervisor to provide additional training.
Mentor your team members to help them grow professionally.

Monitor Performance:

Track team performance metrics like productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
Provide regular updates to the Supervisor.

Problem Solving:

Solve day-to-day issues independently, while escalating more complex problems to the Supervisor with recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

Who Are You?

You’re a born leader who thrives on keeping your team running smoothly. Whether it’s solving logistical challenges or motivating your team, you’re ready to make an impact.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changes.
Forklift or Reach truck experience is an asset
Experience in logistics and knowledge of warehouse processes is a big plus.
Willing to work in 2 shifts or fixed night
