Cirque du Soleil is coming to Knokke looking for a skilled and reliable Spot Operator to join the backstage crew of one of the world’s most iconic live shows. Available from 24th of June to the 24th of August and  a passion for lighting and live performance, this is your chance to be part of the magic.Job Description:

What You'll Do

As a Spot Operator, you'll operate a follow spot during live shows, ensuring performers are perfectly lit in real time.

Your main role is to provide focused light on moving subjects, adjusting the light's position, brightness, and color to highlight key moments and maintain visual focus during a performance. 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with lighting and/or audio technology

• Strong attention to detail and timing

• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (evenings, weekends, public holidays)

• Good English communication skills (English is the working language)

• Own transportation required – there is no public transport to the site
