In their logistics hall in Lochristi, they combine a passion for plants with an efficient and quality-driven way of working.Job Description:

As a logistics employee in the Consolidation department, you will work together with colleagues to gather and prepare plants per customer order.
Your day starts between 7 AM and 10 AM (usually 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00), depending on the expected workload.

Your tasks include:

• Distributing plants from the grower's trolley to the correct customer trolleys using a distribution sticker.

• Checking whether customer trolleys are complete, wrapping them in foil, and placing them in the shipping zone.

• Helping to clean up the logistics hall at the end of the workday.

• Working mainly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, supplemented with a half day (or a full day every two weeks) on Monday or Thursday.

• You are physically able to walk and move plants throughout the entire day.

• You work accurately and have an eye for quality.

• You are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; the additional workday is arranged in consultation.

• You are flexible in terms of working hours (early starts or overtime during busy periods – until 6 PM or later).

• You speak good Dutch or English to communicate smoothly with your colleagues.

• You are a team player and enjoy working together toward a shared goal.

• An interest in plants or previous experience in a green environment is a plus.

• You are comfortable using a computer or scanner, or are willing to learn.

• Start through the “plukkaart” system, with the possibility of a permanent contract after 65 working days, following a clear step-by-step plan.
