Manpower Bruges is looking for motivated production workers for one of its clients in the Zedelgem region who want to help with the cultivation of bell peppers.
Functieomschrijving:

In this role, you will be involved in the entire growth process of bell pepper cultivation.

The job consists of repetitive, manual work that is not physically demanding. However, due to the repetitive nature of the tasks, it is important that you feel comfortable performing this type of work and pay attention to your posture and body ergonomics.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary

• €12.64 per hour

• Working picking cards (plukkaarten), resulting in lower taxes and social contributions
• End-of-year bonus

• Loyalty bonus via the Social Fund for Agriculture or Horticulture, once you have worked a sufficient number of days as a seasonal worker

Manpower Bruges is looking for candidates who:

• Speak Dutch or English (basic knowledge is sufficient)

• Enjoy manual and repetitive work

• Are willing to work with picking cards

• Can easily travel to Zedelgem (own transportation is a plus)

• A stable assignment with a reliable client

• Correct salary, with the advantage of seasonal work, resulting in lower taxation
