At Manpower, we connect talented people with the right employers. For a fast-growing logistics company in Evergem (near Ghent), we are looking for motivated reach truck operators to strengthen the night shift team.

Location: Evergem (close to Ghent)
Shift: Fixed night shift, 10:15 PM – 5:15 AM

Your Responsibilities

As a reach truck operator, you play an essential role in the smooth running of the warehouse. Your main tasks include:

• Operating the reach truck to move and organize goods safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Accurate order picking and stock placement

• Performing quality checks on shipments

• Keeping the warehouse clean and well-organized

• Collaborating with colleagues and other departments

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Hold a valid reach truck certificate (or are open to training)

• Are willing to work fixed night shifts

• Work in an accurate, structured, and safety-conscious way

• Enjoy teamwork and communicate clearly

• Speak Dutch or English fluently
