Our client is a leading high-tech company located in the heart of Ghent.
To support their finance team, we are currently looking for a motivated Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to work 2 à 3 days per week for a duration of 3 to 4 months.
Job Description:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support the finance team with a variety of tasks, including:

Processing supplier invoices for multiple international entities, ensuring correct coding and approval procedures

Checking and managing employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions

Assisting with reconciliation tasks and responding to supplier inquiries

Providing day-to-day support to the finance team in all accounts payable activities
Candidate Profile:
-
Available to work 2 days per week for a period of 3 to 6 months

Accurate, independent, and discreet in your work

Excellent command of English and good knowledge of Dutch

Previous experience in accounts payable or financial administration is a plus

Familiarity with financial systems or ERP software is an asset
