What does an operator do at our company?

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and safely. Your tasks include:

• Setting up and adjusting machines according to clear principles.
• Loading raw materials such as powders and polymers.
• Packaging finished products according to established procedures.
• Working in a two-shift system, so that you can maintain a good work-life balance.

• Has an A2 diploma or relevant experience in a production environment.
• Speaks fluent Dutch or English.
• Can handle physical work and is not afraid of a dusty environment.
• Works accurately and has an eye for detail.
• Has forklift experience (a plus, not a requirement—training provided).
