National Sales Developer

Due to the increasing success of the company, we are expanding our team. Specifically, we are looking for a Sales Developer who will expand our business within Flanders and Brussels. The job includes both strategic and operational sales work.

 


Job Description:

As Sales Developer of the Manpower Group, you will be responsible for the further development of our services in Flanders and Brussels. Therefore you represent our various brands at both A & B customers.

In the first instance you prepare a strategic plan of approach. You analyze our existing partnerships and consider whether they need improvement. You also look at interesting prospects that can have an important influence at group level. You then put the prepared plan into practice.

In dialogue with the customer you can promote our different brands and services. You think cross-divisionally and conclude lucrative offers. You think along with the customer and look for a customized solution.
You then pass on the collected assignments internally, where you know how to motivate / inspire your colleagues to get started.

You monitor the salesplan, analyze the market and new trends and adjust where necessary.

You report to our CEO - Philippe Lacroix -  on a regular basis.


Candidate Profile:

You hold a higher education diploma and can present at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Important requirements for this job are:

  1. Experience within the HR sector: we are looking for someone who understands our world and services 
  2. Commercial skills: you are a driven salesman with enthusiasm to further grow our business.
  3. Fluent language skills in Dutch, French and English

If, on top of that, you have a strong analytical and strategic approach, you will come very close to what we are looking for!
