Cirque du Soleil is coming to Knokke looking for is looking for a skilled and reliable Lighting Technician with a focus on Spot Operation to join the backstage crew of one of the world’s most iconic live shows.

Job Description:

What You'll Do

As a Lighting Technician (Spot Operator), you'll be responsible for operating a follow spot during live shows, ensuring performers are perfectly lit in real time.
You’ll play a crucial role in delivering the visual impact of the show by:

Following performers on stage with precision
Adjusting the position, intensity, and color of the spotlight
Reacting quickly and accurately to cues during the performance
Maintaining focus on key moments and visual storytelling

You’ll work closely with the lighting and stage management teams to help maintain the artistic integrity and timing of each show.

Candidate Profile:

What We’re Looking For

Experience with lighting technology
Strong attention to detail and timing
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (evenings, weekends, public holidays)
Good English communication skills (English is the working language)
Own transportation required – there is no public transport to the site

32h a week with a rotating schedule
