Due to continuous growth, we are currently looking for three motivated production operators who value precision, craftsmanship and teamwork.
This is an interim position with a very strong chance of a permanent contract.
Job Description:
Depending on your skills and interests, you will be trained in one of the following areas:

Cutting textile
-
Precisely cutting fabrics to size
-
Operating a computer-controlled cutting table
-
Requires accuracy, focus and confidence in working with technology

Assembly
-
Assembling roller blinds
-
Installing mechanisms, chains and mounting the fabric

Fine, hands-on work where precision is key

This is high-precision work.
Candidate Profile:
This is high-precision work: even a small deviation can result in several centimetres of difference at the bottom of a blind. Attention to detail is essential.
Before starting, candidates complete an practical test of maximum 1.5 hours.This is essential to assess the required finesse — the margin for error in this role is simply too high without it.
