Client Description:

For a Manpower client, we are looking for a Head Waiter / F&B Supervisor for a 4-star hotel in Brussels. The hotel combines elegance and modernity, offering a refined dining experience in its restaurant and bar to an international clientele.

You will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of the hotel’s F&B outlets during a maternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the restaurant and bar operations.

• Welcome and advise guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Plan and organize staff tasks, train new team members.

• Oversee daily setup, ensure adherence to internal procedures and HACCP standards.

• Manage stock, place orders, participate in inventories and monitor costs.

• Handle administrative tasks: staff scheduling, performance evaluations, financial reporting, guest follow-up.

Contract Type: Temporary contract – 6 months (maternity cover)

• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or F&B sector.

• Dynamic, reliable, and a team player.

• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
