Manpower Brussels (team cc41) is looking for a Customer Service Officer to strengthen their existing team. Job Description:
As Customer Service Officer (m/f/x), you will have a varied role with many responsibilities:
- Primary Portfolio: Operational management
- PO management: PO entry, ERP update, SO tracker
- Master file maintenance (planning dates, formulas, etc…)
- DS tracker update
- NPI invoicing, and invoicing reconciliation
- Delivery schedule update and preparation (packing list, booking slot to forwarders, etc…)
- Continuous improvement
- Close collaboration with Warehouse, Finance, SC and QA
- Supply Chain/CS background or administrative (min. 4 years)
- Customer driven, rigorous and well organized
- High communication skills, good team player
- Stress resistant
- Out of the box minded
- Languages: Good level in French & English
- IT Expertise: ERP, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PPT, Excel: Intermediate)
