For our client, active in pharmaceutical transportation, located in Zaventem, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Employee!
As a Customer Service employee you are responsible for all daily inbound and outbound shipments and you handle customer contact via email or telephone. You advise customers on a daily basis about all types of services. This can be about the latest booking moments, documentation, logistic information about orders, clearance updates etc. You work daily with the various internal departments to guarantee a good customer relationship and smooth service. You also support other departments within the company.
Who are you?
- Are you fluent in English AND Dutch/French? A strong written knowledge is an absolute must as well!
- Do you look back on a first customer service experience?
- Any logistic experience is a plus!
- Are you communicative and a hands-on problem solver?
- Are you flexible and willing to deliver an excellent customer service?
What Client Offers:
