Our client is a leading logistics company in Zeebrugge, operating in over 35 European countries. To strengthen their customer service team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for the UK market (proficiency in English required).
Job Description:As a Customer Service Representative – UK Market, you will:
- Manage and follow up on daily transport assignments.
- Proactively inform clients about issues or delays and think creatively and cost-effectively to resolve them.
- Handle additional costs and, when possible, work to recover these costs.
- Collaborate closely with your team to ensure excellent service.

You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.

You have a few years of experience in B2B customer service or the logistics sector.

You are fluent in English and have a basic understanding of Dutch.

Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively are essential.

You are assertive, a team player, and possess a healthy dose of confidence.

Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
