Job Description:
- Develop and expand the company’s presence across the retail segment.
- Identify new business opportunities across independent stores, local chains, specialty shops, and other retail networks.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, listings, pricing conditions, and promotional actions.
- Build and nurture long?term partnerships with store managers and key market players.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest relevant action plans.
- Support the development of the commercial strategy with field insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (purchasing, supply chain, operations) to ensure product availability and visibility.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in business development, ideally in retail, FMCG, or distribution.
- Strong negotiation skills, capable of turning a “let me think about it” into a “yes, let’s go.”
- Knowledge of the local market—or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Results?driven, structured, autonomous, and proactive.
- Comfortable in the field and naturally people?oriented.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
