Job Description:

 

  • Act as part of a unified team committed to delivering the best telecom & IT solutions to every client.
  • Offer exceptional, personalized service through a proactive and digital approach.
  • Go the extra mile to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Sell telecom & IT products and services with the goal of achieving your personal targets and supporting team results.
  • Understand client needs and guide them through a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Convince clients of the added value of the proposed solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing deals.
  • Actively prospect through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals — proactively scheduling your own meetings.
  • Deliver both quantitative and qualitative results to reach monthly objectives.
  • Maintain a strong hunter mindset: driven, results?oriented, and energized by closing deals.
  • Contribute to creating a positive, dynamic, and high?performance team environment.
 
Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for social, dynamic people who want to grow their commercial career. No specific degree required, experience, perseverance, and real sales talent will take you far.

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong interest in mobile communication, telecom, and IT.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and a true team player with a “can?do” attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and natural commercial flair.
  • Customer-oriented in everything you do.
  • Stress?resistant and adaptable to the fast-paced telecom & IT environment.
  • Open to feedback and coaching.
  • Valid driver’s license (B).
