Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be in charge for the organization, coordination and supervision of all departmental services:
- Monitor customer complaints on a daily base, as well as the escalations
- Support the Key Account Manager on operational level
- Contribute to improvement and implementation of new actions, services... to guarantee an improvement of performance
- Participate in client- and operational meetings
- Manage the interface between internal and external business partners and departments
- Recruitment, training and management of team members
- Set and monitor objectives (team- and individual objectives)
Candidate Profile:
Who are we looking for?
- Are you fluent in ENGLISH and GERMAN?
- Do you have a bachelor's degree and a working experience of at least 10 years in a similar position?
- Are you both customer oriented and result-driven?
- Are you a strong teammanager
- Do you have a strong sense of responsibility and reliability?
- Do you have strong organizational skills and do you quickly manage to set priorities?
- Do you have strong skills on level of contract management and performance management?
