Job Description:
You will play a key role in service provider oversight, fund operational quality, and the continuous improvement of internal processes. Your responsibilities will include:
TA Oversight
-
Ensure smooth and compliant subscription/redemption processes.

Verify the completeness of the register and the accuracy of data.
-
Collaborate with internal teams on KYC/AML matters.
-
Monitor operational errors, their resolution, and corrective actions.
-
Assess service provider performance through SLAs and KPIs.
Fund Administration Oversight
-
Check price consistency and valuation methodologies, including for illiquid assets.
-
Perform cash and position reconciliations between the depositary, fund administrator, and PMS.

Ensure proper integration of transactions into the NAV and accuracy of invoiced fees.
-
Monitor corporate actions and contribute to NAV policy enhancements.
-
Participate in regulatory monitoring and follow-up of contractual commitments.
Best Execution

Contribute to the development of the Best Execution framework and analysis tools (e.g., BTCA).

Coordinate quarterly meetings with multi-asset trading teams.
Distributor Due Diligence

Support the improvement of the due diligence process.

Conduct regular file reviews and follow up on outstanding items.
Processes, New Services, and Procedures
-
Identify optimisation opportunities and support the integration of new services.

Contribute to updating and improving internal procedures.
Tax Reclaim & Invoicing

Coordinate exchanges with service providers.

Support internal teams with invoice processing and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile:
Do you have the following skills, knowledge, and qualities? Perfect!
Required:

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.

2 to 5 years of experience in asset management.
-
Strong understanding of market products, services, and conventions.

Experience in operational project management.
-
Excellent command of French and English.
-
Interest in IT tools and systems.
