Job Description:
Your mission: become the guardian of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and ensure that critical processes remain healthy, transparent, and protected from any fraud risk. You will play a key role in preventing toxic combinations to safeguard the organization and strengthen trust in its systems.
Your responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Monitor and analyze access to critical systems to identify incompatibilities and potential risks.
- Detect fraud scenarios, propose concrete solutions, and challenge operational teams when necessary.
- Work closely with Finance, Risk, IT, Audit, and Compliance teams to maintain a robust control environment.
- Document, structure, and improve existing processes with a pragmatic, results?oriented approach.
- Contribute to the evolution of tools (Excel, Power BI) and participate in the future automation of monitoring.
- The Senior Internal Controller Energy Management
- The CFO CWE
- Business Process Owners
- Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and IT teams
Candidate Profile:
You are someone who likes to understand, dissect, and anticipate. You have a strong sense of risk, sharp critical thinking, and the desire to contribute to a safer and more efficient environment. Perfect!
What we are looking for:
- Excellent command (spoken and written) of French and English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, audit, accounting, or trading.
- A natural ability to analyze processes, understand systems, and collaborate with IT.
- A factual mindset, able to challenge with tact and confidence.
- A pragmatic approach: you know how to propose realistic and effective solutions.
- Clear, structured communication, capable of convincing and engaging stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership based on trust and human connection.
- Strong autonomy: you learn fast, you adapt fast.
- Sensitivity to risk, fraud, and toxic combinations.
- Comfortable with Excel and Power BI.
