Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you take ownership of the entire customer journey, from the first order to the final delivery. Think of yourself as the go-to person who keeps everything flowing smoothly.

Your varied responsibilities as Customer Service Representative include:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process and manage orders in SAP.
• Follow up on orders and ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain close contact with Logistics, Sales and Compliance teams.
• Provide excellent customer support and build strong relationships.
• Manage customer requests and ensure accurate administrative follow-up.
• Support two business units with a portfolio of small and large accounts
• after sales inquiries

Our ideal Customer Service Representative brings the following qualities:

• You have initial experience in a Customer Service role.
• You have hands-on experience with SAP.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• Dutch is a strong asset; French is a plus.
• You are customer-focused, professional and proactive.
• You have strong communication and organizational skills.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
