THE PROGRESS OF YOUR ASSIGNMENTS
Prior to each assignment in a company, you will receive all the information you need to succeed (necessary qualifications, work to be done, Personal protective equipment (PPE), working hours, remuneration, etc.).
The assignment can be renewed within the same company or started in another client company.
The client company is given priority when you are hired for a new assignment.
Between assignments, you can benefit from training or coaching to develop your skills for better employability.
Trained in this new way of working,MyPath® Talent Agents have a detailed knowledge of the sectors in demand and the profiles sought. Their expertise coupled with a close relationship with their clients and their Talents allows them to anticipate the market needs.

As a stakeholder in the MyPath® program, client companies participate in the development of talent through continuous evaluation of their skills.
During assignments, the strengths, progress and motivation of our clients are also assessed and certified with endorsements. These take the form of six medals of recognition that enrich the MyPath® Talent profile and allow the Talent Agent to accelerate the promotion of the Talent profile to companies.
